Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what the formula is for the imposition of levies on the construction of residential properties over 18m under the Building Safety Fund.
This question was answered on 25th February 2021
We announced on 10 February 2021 plans to introduce a developer levy. We will be setting out details of the levy, which will be implemented through the forthcoming Building Safety Bill.
