Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether the repayment of loans under the Building Safety Fund will be means tested.

The Government is conscious of the need to make any financing scheme affordable for leaseholders. That is why we have said that any financing scheme will have a £50 a month cap. Further details of the financing scheme will be made available soon. We will work with the sector to develop the details and make sure it protects leaseholders, prioritising affordability and transparency and accelerates remediation where required.
