Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the answer of 23 June 2026, to Question 9084, on Lord Mandelson, what information his Department holds on whether the Intelligence and Security Committee had access to independent legal advice other than Cabinet Office or Government Legal Service lawyers for the consideration of the redactions on the Humble Address.

The Government does not comment on the resourcing decisions taken by the Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC).
