Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps her Department is taking to ensure that existing Ukrainian students in the UK can sponsor their family members to come to the UK.

Individuals with at least six months’ permission to be in the UK can sponsor Ukrainians under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
