Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, whether her Department records incidences of data breaches as a result of information being sent to the wrong recipient.

DWP does not keep a central record of data security breaches except above a certain threshold, as local management will usually handle them.
