Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what steps his Department is taking to help improve delivery times for major infrastructure projects.

I refer the Hon. Member to the Written Statement, HCWS 575, made on 23 February 2023, which announced the publication of a cross Government Action Plan setting out reforms to the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects regime that will seek to streamline and speed up the consenting process for such projects.
