Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will make an estimate of the number of people who are eligible for the five-year route to settlement introduced in 2022 under Appendix Private Life to the Immigration Rules.

Eligibility for the Private Life routes is set out in the Immigration Rules. Each application is considered on its merits and on a case by-case basis taking into account the individual circumstances.
