Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to the Answer of 27 June 2017 to Question 128, what her policy is on changes to the legal framework on selective schools over the course of this Parliament.
This question was answered on 5th July 2017
The Queen’s Speech set out the Government’s legislative programme for the next two years. This did not include an education bill, and there will therefore be no changes to the legal framework on selective schools.
