Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether any (a) Memorandums of Understanding and (b) non-legally binding agreements have been agreed between the (i) department and (ii) its agencies, and with the People’s Republic of China, since 4 July that have not been published on gov.uk.

I refer the Hon Member to the answer provided on 16 April in response to Question 126612.
