To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment her Department has made of the proportion of students completing training at airport-based training colleges and academies who enter employment in the aviation sector within 12 months of completing their course.

The Department for Transport and the Civil Aviation Authority do not collect data on students completing training at airport-based training colleges and academies who enter employment in the aviation sector within 12 months of completing their course. This information may be held by individual airports.

The Department engages regularly with airports officials on a range of operational, strategic, and policy matters affecting the sector.
