Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether any errors were made in the appeal decision on planning permission for the proposed Bradley open-cast coal mine in County Durham.
Planning permission for Bradley open cast coal mine was granted on appeal by an independent Planning Inspector on 3 June 2015 following a public inquiry. No legal challenge to the decision was made and no other representations were received during the statutory challenge period pointing to errors in the decision.
