Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many (a) individuals and (b) organisations have been charged with misconduct since the publication in September 2016 of the Financial Conduct Authority's report, RBS's treatment of SME customers referred to its Global Restructuring Group.

This is a matter for the operationally independent Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The FCA continues to conduct an ongoing investigation into Royal Bank of Scotland’s Global Restructuring Group, focusing on whether there is any basis for enforcement action.
