To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 17 May to Question 142822 on Chemicals: Electronic Commerce, if he will publish an example of the guidance that has been provided to online retailers to support their reporting obligation under the Poisons Act 1972.

We do not make this guidance publicly available owing to concerns surrounding national security.
