The Prime Minister has announced a five-year funding agreement which will see the National Health Service budget grow by over £20 billion, in real terms, by 2023-24. No decision has yet been taken on the share of funds to be allocated to radiotherapy services under the multi-year financial settlement. It will be for the NHS, working with Government and consulting with patients and the public, to propose how to best invest the money within the funding envelope.
