Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the Homes for Ukraine scheme, for what reason there is a delay between a positive decision to issues a visa and the provision of a Permission to Travel document.

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
