Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, when she plans to set out her Department's timetable for the planned review of maps of open access land.
This question was answered on 13th March 2023
Work has already begun to plan for the review of open access maps. We are seeking to undertake the review as soon as possible, although the precise timing will depend on the availability of an appropriate legislative vehicle. As such, it is not possible to provide specific timings at this stage.
