Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 27 June 2018 to Question 155273 on Immigration: EU Nationals, if he will place in the Library a copy of the risk analysis.

All our project management tools are regularly updated to facilitate oversight of the project and enable the identification and escalation of risks within the programme governance. These tools are constantly evolving as part of the ongoing project delivery and placing any document in the public domain may deny us the safe space needed to discuss important delivery issues and hamper our ability to consider all options and weigh up the risks of particular proposals.
We will be providing further detail on the Scheme in due course.
