We keep Schedule 1A of the Poisons Act 1972 under continual review. We have moved sulphuric acid above a concentration of 15% from being a reportable to a regulated substance. We have no current plans to regulate any of the other corrosive substances which are reportable substances within Schedule 1A of the Poisons Act 1972.
