Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what steps local authorities may take to tackle public safety concerns on unregistered land.

Local authorities have a range of powers to intervene where there is a risk to public saftey.
