Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, with reference to the oral contribution of the Minister of State for Transport to the Question from the hon. Member for Barnsley Central on 24 November 2022, Official Report, column 432, when his Department plans to publish its assessment on a new railway station for Bradford.

In my letter to the Transport Select Committee in December last year, I confirmed that I am looking at the case for better connections to Bradford and hope to set out further details in the Government’s full response to the Committee’s report on the Integrated Rail Plan.
