Housing: Construction Methods

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 4 June 2018 to Question 147325, whether his Department plans undertake research into modern methods of construction.

The Department is considering its research plans on matters covered by building regulations, in the light of the recommendations of the Independent Review of Building Regulations and Fire Safety by Dame Judith Hackitt.
