Apprenticeship starts by age group, including 16-24 year olds, are published in the Apprenticeships statistics publication, which can be accessed at: https://explore-education-statistics.service.gov.uk/data-tables/permalink/1dac5d3f-4c1b-46a4-ab36-08dedb5df10e
