Data on flights diverted due to disruptive or unruly passenger behaviour is reported to the Civil Aviation Authority through the Mandatory Occurrence Reporting scheme. Reports submitted under this scheme are subject to strict confidentiality requirements, and this data can only be used to maintain or improve aviation safety. It cannot be released to the general public or media.
