We continue to cooperate with regional and international partners to tackle the threat posed by terrorist organisations including Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula and Daesh. For operational reasons we cannot comment in detail on this activity.

We continue to work towards the development of a stable and prosperous Yemen which benefits the Yemeni people. Ultimately, an enduring political settlement, strong security institutions and effective governance will be needed to deny terrorist organisations the space in which to operate.
