Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how may traffic officer vehicles have been involved in accidents in a live lane on smart motorway sections of the M23 in the last six months.

Given the very small number of accidents involving traffic officer vehicles across the strategic road network, it is not possible to provide information at the individual motorway level, as individual persons could be identifiable from the response.
