Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether his Department will set a definition for which products will qualify officially as Northern Ireland goods with unfettered access to Great British markets following the announcement of the proposed Windsor Framework.

The definition of Qualifying Northern Ireland Goods is set out in the Definition of Qualifying Northern Ireland Goods (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
