The new Energy Bill Discount Scheme will run from April 2023 until March 2024, and continue to provide a discount to eligible non-domestic customers, including hospices and care homes.

It is not possible to estimate what the proportion of the discount or average increase would be, as these will solely be determined by consumption, and the discount applied on this basis. We do not hold data of hospices and care homes that may be covered by the Energy Bill Discount Scheme as energy providers will apply the discount directly to the energy bills of their eligible non-domestic customers.
