Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 3 July 2026 to Question 13039 on Aviation: Antisocial Behaviour, how many people have been (a) prosecuted and (b) convicted for offences relating to disruptive and unruly behaviour on board aircraft in each of the last five years.

The Department for Transport does not collect or hold data on how many people have been prosecuted and convicted for offences relating to disruptive and unruly behaviour onboard aircraft. Data on prosecutions is collated and held by the Ministry of Justice.
