Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, when he plans to announce the locations of the additional hospitals that will be constructed through the new hospital programme.

There are 128 expressions of interest received for the next eight new hospitals from trusts across the country that have been assessed and we aim to make an announcement in due course. Whilst this process is ongoing, we are unable to comment on the location of these hospitals
