To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when the Government plans to bring forward legislative proposals on immigration.

The Government plans to bring forward an Immigration Bill in the first two-year Parliamentary Session as announced in the Queen’s Speech on 21 June 2017. The timing for introduction has yet to be confirmed and is subject to the Parliamentary timetable.
