Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how long on average his Department has taken to respond to letters from (a) Labour hon. Members and (b) hon. Members of other political parties in the most recent period for which figures are available.

Between 1 June 2020 and 15 June 2021, Treasury Ministers answered 11,949 of the 21,220 MP Correspondence (56.31%) sent to the Department within the Cabinet Office 20 working day deadline.
