Question

To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, pursuant to the answer of 30 June 2026, to Question 9612, on EHRC: Code of Practice, if she will itemise the changes made between the draft of September 2025 and the updated version of April 2026; and whether there were additional changes made to the April 2026 version.

The EHRC submitted a draft to us in September 2025. EHRC continued to work on it and submitted an updated version in April 2026. They made the decision to amend the draft Code following feedback, consultation responses and legal advice.
