Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he plans to encourage NHS England to publish online aggregate figures for 18 week wait performances by Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Referral to Treatment data is collected by NHS England from providers of consultant-led services, and this data is reviewed and signed-off by commissioners.

NHS England publishes data on consultant-led referral to treatment waiting times data on a monthly basis and includes national, provider and commissioner level data which can be accessed online at the following link:

NHS England have an agreed plan to ensure that any data collections are necessary, and collected in the most efficient and least burdensome way possible.
