Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether he plans to take steps to ensure that the York Central development site continues to play a significant role in the rail sector.

Network Rail is preparing plans to deliver a new western entrance to York Station to provide improved access to and from the York Central development site. The National Railway Museum will, of course, remain an important part of the site.
