Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent discussions he has had with relevant stakeholders on the fluoridation of water and what plans he has to introduce water fluoridation schemes.

While there have been no recent discussions, the Department works with other Government departments on water fluoridation. Any confirmed plans by the Department to expand water fluoridation would be subject to funding being agreed and public consultation.
