To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what the average post-partum hospital stay was in each of the last 10 years.
Where data is available regarding the mean duration of post-natal stays in English National Health Service hospitals, statistics are shown in the following table for the years 2007/08 – 2016/17:
