Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, for each of the following operators: (a) LNER, (b) Southeastern, (c) TransPennine Express, (d) South Western Railway, (e) c2c, (f) Greater Anglia, (g) West Midlands Trains and (h) Greater Thameslink Railway, how many scheduled passenger services were short-formed in the 18-month period ending on 4 June 2026; and what proportion of all scheduled passenger services operated by each operator this represented.
