Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, for each of the following operators: (a) LNER, (b) Southeastern, (c) TransPennine Express, (d) South Western Railway, (e) c2c, (f) Greater Anglia, (g) West Midlands Trains and (h) Greater Thameslink Railway, how many scheduled passenger services were short-formed in the 18-month period ending on 4 June 2026; and what proportion of all scheduled passenger services operated by each operator this represented.
Below is the available data for the number of short - formed services and the percentage based on the regime data for each operator. Please note that the percentages are not comparable and do not represent the total number of services for each operator.
