Question to the Department for Business and Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, whether her Department has provided (a) grants and (b) funding to Stonewall in the last five years.

The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) was established in February 2023 and has not provided any grants or funding to Stonewall since it was formed. For the period prior to the formation of DBT, the question is assumed to refer to the former Department for International Trade. The Department for International Trade made a payment to Stonewall of £2,500 + VAT in financial years 2019/2020 and 2020/2021. These payments were for membership fees as part of Stonewall's Diversity Champions programme. The Department withdrew from the programme in 2021.
