Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when his Department plans to respond to the letter of the right hon. Member for Warley of 31 May 2018 to UK Visas and Immigration on Mr Samra.

I apologise for the delay in responding to your letter of 31 May 2018. The Home Office is required to respond to correspondence within 20 working days; however, given the complexities of this case, it was not possible to provide a full reply within that timeframe. A substantive reply will be sent within the week.
