To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to page 50 of the Spring Budget 2023, HC 1183, published on 15 March 2023, whether his Department has conducted an equalities impact assessment of the policy decision to remove the couple’s Administrative Earnings Threshold.
