Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to page 50 of the Spring Budget 2023, HC 1183, published on 15 March 2023, whether his Department has conducted an equalities impact assessment of the policy decision to implement additional conditionality for Universal Credit claimants that are lead carers of young children.

The department has carried out Equality Impact Assessment for additional conditionality for lead carers of young children.
