To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what the average weekly charge per household was in (a) Birkenhead constituency, (b) Liverpool City Region and (c) the UK of the under-occupation penalty in the last 12 months.

The data can be broken down by parliamentary constituency and local authority, including into groups of local authorities such as Liverpool City Region, to provide all of the figures required.
