Scopolamine is a brand not marketed in the United Kingdom. The medicine contained in Scopolamine preparations is hyoscine hydrobromide, which is available as tablets, patches, liquids and injections.

There is currently a short-term issue with the tablets (marketed in the UK as Kwells®) which is being managed and has been communicated to the National Health Service. The communications provide an overview of the issue and availability of alternative treatment options during this time. We understand the patches (marketed as Scopoderm®) are currently available. We are not aware of a supply issue with liquid or injectable hyoscine hydrobromide.
