Diazepam: Prescriptions

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many prescriptions for valium have been issued in each year since 2010.
This question was answered on 3rd July 2017
There have been no prescriptions for Valium issued since 2010. Valium is a brand name for the drug diazepam and the brand is not allowed to be prescribed in National Health Service primary care.
