Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what recent discussions he has had with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on the implementation of the recommendations of the legal working group on seafarers and the national minimum wage.

I held a meeting with my previous BEIS counterpart and intend to meet with the new Minister shortly. Officials in the Department for Transport are regularly liaising with BEIS officials to ensure smooth progression of this policy.
