Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 29 March 2021 to Question 174145 on Affordable Housing: Cambridgeshire, what other criteria were assessed in addition to value for money.

The Department has no plans to publish the criteria or metrics used but remains committed to supporting affordable housing in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and will consider making further funding available for schemes that can deliver by the end of March 2022.
