Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how much his Department spent on external legal counsel on the Ajax programme in each year between 2010 and 2023; and with which legal firms.

The total spend on legal counsel between 2010, when the previous Government signed the contract[CJSA(SAS1] and 2023 is outlined in the below table:
