The Government announced on 20 June 2018 that the Business Impact Target for this Parliament would be set at £9 billion of savings to business, as outlined in the 2017 Conservative Party manifesto. In setting the target, my rt hon Friend the Secretary of State had regard to the criteria specified in section 21(6) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015.
