All Ministers have a responsibility to declare their interests in line with the Ministerial code. Details of this, including for FCDO Ministers, are available at: https://www.parliament.uk/mps-lords-and-offices/standards-and-financial-interests/parliamentary-commissioner-for-standards/registers-of-interests/register-of-members-financial-interests/ and www.gov.uk/government/publications/list-of-ministers-interests.
