Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will take steps to include a plan for the delivery of services outsourced from the NHS in his workforce plan.

To support the workforce as a whole we have commissioned NHS England to develop a Long Term Workforce Plan, including projections for the numbers of health professionals required in the future. The Plan is for the whole of the National Health Service workforce. It will not provide detailed workforce assessments for individual services.
